If better sleep is what you desire, this form of yoga may be what you’re looking for.  Yoga Nidra!   It doesn’t require holding poses in a heated room.  Instead, when practicing, you lay on a mat with a blanket.  It activates the autonomic, sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems which brings a balanced immunity and helps with digestion and eases stress.  It’s similar to meditation but takes you into a deeper relaxation.  One difference is Yoga Nidra activates the pineal gland which releases melatonin, the sleep hormone.
