Celebrate ‘National Homemade Cookies Day’ with these Recipes from Barefoot Bistro!

1 cup Butter

1/2 cup Sugar

1 1/2 tsp Almond Extract

2 tsp water

2 cups Flour

1 cup crushed Almonds (I use food processor)

Roll into walnut size balls and place on ungreased baking sheet. Cook 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool, then roll in Powdered Sugar.
