Petito Family Holds Press Conference

Gabby Petito’s family held a press conference yesterday. Their attorney Richard Stafford expressed skepticism that Brian Laundrie’s parents would help in the FBI’s search saying “the Laundries did not help us find Gabby. They’re sure not going to help us find Brian,” During the press conference, Stafford said the FBI asked them not to discuss the relationship between the two families and said they were confident the FBI would investigate the case and get justice for Gabby.

Petito’s parents and stepparents announced the creation of the Gabby Petito foundation which they say will help keep her memory alive and help families in similar situations. They also revealed they got matching tattoos Monday night reading ‘let it be’ in a script that Gabby designed.
