Ramen gets a failing grade in nutrition for it’s high carb and salt content. One packet has 14 grams of fat and over 1500 milligrams of sodium. That’s before the flavor packet which adds additives loaded with MSG. High consumption is linked with obesity and metabolic syndrome. If you can’t break the habit, at least skip the packets and use a little salt and lemon juice.
