Your Sense of Smell is Stronger When Your Hungry

Does it ever seem like your sense of smell is heightened when you're really hungry?

Researchers from Northwestern University say your sense of smell is actually stronger on an empty stomach compared to right after eating. They further discovered that our noses become less sensitive to the odor of similar foods. For example, people are less likely to crave a cinnamon bun after smelling one if they just ate a sweet treat.
