Cutting the Gluten in No-Bake Cookies

Gluten Free No-Bake Cookies

3 1/2 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter

1/2 cup Salted Natural Peanut Butter

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1 1/2 cups Gluten Free Rolled Oats

Mini Chocolate Chips

Combine  butter, peanut butter and maple syrup over medium heat on stove until sauce like. Stir for about 2 minutes while boiling, turn off heat and add in gluten free rolled oats and vanilla extract. Scoop out onto cookie sheet lined with parchment paper and let cool to room temperature. Top with mini chocolate chips. Refrigerate.
