Audra and Greg Celebrate Ice Cream Pie Day with a Delicious Recipe!
It's simple to make and will impress the whole family!
2 pie crust (chocolate cookie, I use Keebler brand)
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream (softened)
18 ounces creamy peanut butter (or 2 Cups)
8 ounces cool whip
8 peanut butter cups (Reese’s, chopped)
Mix the 1/2 gallon softened vanilla ice cream with the peanut butter and cool whip. Then divide between the two pie crusts, sprinkle with chopped peanut butter cups, and freeze for 3 to 4 hours before serving!
