The Modern Family star and her sister helped rescue a hiker when she fainted at Arches National Park in Utah. The person rescued, Minnie John shared the story on Facebook. All she remembers was feeling faint then waking to a familiar voice asking her questions. That voice was of Bowen who plays Claire Dunphy on the hit sitcom. Bowen and her sister just happen to be there and came to her aide.
