This new trend will *shuck* you and have you saying “is that corn or ribs?” It’s the latest social media food trend…and to answer that question…it’s corn in the shape of ribs. Basically folks are slicing cobs of corn into vertical sections, then dressing them with things like seasoned sauce and spices, then cooking it much like you would with pork or beef ribs. The heat causes the veggie pieces to curl.
