Retailers Announced for New Shopping Plaza in Carolina Forest

A new shopping plaza is coming to Carolina Forest. The ‘Marketplace at the Mill’ will be located near the intersection of River Oaks Drive and Carolina Forest Boulevard. Retail tenants for the complex were just announced and include Publix Super Market, Fortune Asian Bistro, Great Clips, Sweetberry Bowls, River Oaks Pizzeria, Grande Nails, Heartland Dental and Firehouse Subs. The 46 acre space will be home to those tenants and an additional 290 class-a homes across 11 buildings on the 20 acres adjacent to the retailers.
