Police Investigating After Multi-Car Crash on Highway 501 in Conway

South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating after a multi-car crash on Highway 501 in Conway around 11:30 pm last night. According to crews responding to the scene, at least four vehicles were involved in the crash and traffic was shut down near Millpond Road during clean up.
