Get Fancy and Try Pairing Your Hotdog with Wine

One in eleven Americans say they like the combo.

Whether you’re attending a BBQ or hosting one and you plan on grilling hotdogs…you might try pairing them with wine! The National Hot Dog and Sausage Council…yes that’s a real thing…says we’ll eat 150 million franks on the holiday, making it the top hot dog eating day of the year! They did a new poll, and asked people to name the best drinks to pair with one and one in 11 like to get fancy and pair it with wine. They also looked at America’s most-loved regional hot dog styles and the New York dog is number one, which is an all-beef dog, topped with steamed onions and deli-style mustard.
