Gearing Up for the 4th of July with Barefoot Bistro

Patti Hilton of Barefoot Bistro visits the Carolina AM set with some 4th of July BBQ favorites.

Bistro Blasting Beans
1/2  lb Ground Beef
1/4 cup diced Green Peppers
1/4 cup diced Red Peppers
1/2 cup diced Onion
1/2 tsp Cayenne
1 TBSP Minced Garlic
1 cup Bulls-Eye BBQ Sauce
1 – 49 oz can Baked Beans
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1 1/2 TBSP Dijon
1/2 tsp Ginger
Saute Beef, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Onions, Cayenne & Garlic until Beef is browned.
Add remaining ingredients & stir. Cook over medium 10 minutes stirring often.
