So, he changed his eating routine, habits and began working out. He eats four to five macro-focused meals instead of three carb heavy ones. He slowly cut out sugar and high salt additives. He works out regularly and longer. His training is also in phases of 6-8 week cycles and has a trainer to help keep him on track.
