Dolly Parton Announces Expansion to Dollywood

This is the first project as part of a 500-million-dollar investment plan over the next 10 years.

In 2023, Dollywood will be expanding with the Heartsong Lodge and Resort. The property will be located next to the existing “Dream More Resort and Spa. The five-story lodge will include more than 300 guest rooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a fire pit and a 26-thousand-square-foot meeting space. This is the first project as part of a 500-million-dollar investment plan over the next 10 years. Dollywood opened in 1986 and about three million people visit the theme and water park every year.
