City of Myrtle Beach Announces Traffic Plan Ahead of CCMF

The city of Myrtle Beach has announced their traffic plans for the Carolina Country Music Fest this weekend:

• One lane of Westbound 8th Avenue North and the parking spaces along that street will be closed starting today.
• Eighth Avenue North and Ocean Boulevard, as well as Eastbound Ninth Avenue North, will be closed starting tomorrow.
• Parking for CCMF, ticket pickup and Ground Zero will be behind placed the parking garage on 10th Avenue North.
• Overflow parking at the former Myrtle Square Mall site across from the Convention Center. Shuttle buses will drop off on Chester Street by the Parking Garage.
• Ride share services will utilize Ninth Avenue North between Kings Highway and Oak Street for pick-up and drop-off.

The rules will be in effect for the duration of the festival, which will take place from Thursday to Sunday.
