Hurricane Preparedness Week

With hurricane season beginning today, officials in South Carolina are encouraging residents to get their supplies and plans in order in case the state is impacted by storms this year. Governor McMaster proclaimed this week from May 30th to June 5th ‘South Carolina Hurricane Preparedness Week’. State officials are urging residents to start their storm preparation plans which include reviewing their insurance policies and discussing what their family will be doing if a major storm were to hit the area.
