Crews Responded To A Fire At A Flea Market In Little River
For the second time in less than three months, crews responded to a fire at a flea market in Little River. The North Myrtle Beach Department of Public Safety, Brunswick County Fire crews and the Horry County Fire Rescue were dispatched to the 2-alarm fire around 2:45 p.m. to 100 Highway 17 in Little River after smoke was seen from the road. The scene was cleared by 5:30 p.m. and no injuries were reported. This past February, several buildings at the flea market were also damaged in another fire which was ruled accidental although the cause was never
determined.
