Murder Suspect Manhunt Ends at Atlanta Airport
A manhunt for a murder suspect being extradited from Georgia to Arizona happened near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport yesterday.
A manhunt for a murder suspect being extradited from Georgia to Arizona happened near the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International airport yesterday.
According to the Fulton County sheriff’s office 20 year old J’ssan Stover was taken into custody around 11:00p.m. after college park police received a tip that a man fitting his description was seen walking down the road. He escaped custody while walking to a tram connected to the airport.
College Park Police used night vision technology to locate him after he ran into a wooded area nearby after being spotted by a patrol car. Fulton County sheriff’s deputies and the fugitive unit escorted him back to the Fulton County Jail. He may face additional charges related to the escape.
