The March Madness Tornament is Down to the Elite Eight
The men’s college basketball March Madness tournament is down to the Elite 8. Over the weekend the Sweet 16 games were held, the University of Alabama, Oregon, Creighton, Florida State, Oral Roberts University, Syracuse, Loyola Chicago and Villanova were all knocked out of the tournament. The first games of the Elite 8 are tonight when the Oregon State Beavers play the Houston Cougars at 7:15 p.m. and the Arkansas Razorbacks are up against the Baylor Bears at 9:57 p.m. Tomorrow, the USC Trojans go up against the Gonzaga Bulldogs at 7:15 p.m. and the UCLA Bruins play the Michigan Wolverines at 9:57 p.m. The winners of those match ups will advance to the Final Four on April 3rd and then two teams will play in the championship game on April 5th.
