Dillon County Father Arrested For Kidnapping His 18 Month Old Daughter

A child who was reported kidnapped in Dillon County has been found safe. The Dillon County Sheriff’s Office announced the suspect Tracy Blackmon was taken into custody shortly after 2 a.m. this morning. He allegedly kidnapped his 18 month old daughter Alaina Blackmon after assaulting the child’s mother. Authorities say Blackmon does not have custody of the little girl and was wanted for domestic violence and kidnapping. He was arrested by Laurinburg Police.
