The next time you have a headache, you might not need to reach for the Advil. Instead of taking over the counter medication, you might just need to chug a glass of water. Some common ailments like headaches, dizziness, fatigue, dry mouth, or indigestion are symptoms of chronic dehydration. According to a poll, the average person thinks they only need to add one extra, eight-ounce glass of water a day to their diet. But, they really need at least four more glasses. The top reason we don’t drink more water is…we forget.
