It makes sense that it falls every year on the day after daylight saving time. Squeezing in some extra rest can make you feel better and also improve your mood. Naps can even help you be more productive and energetic! But, keep them short. You should aim to nap for only 10 to 20 minutes. The longer you sleep, the more likely you are to feel groggy afterward.
