Building Badly Damaged by Fire in Florence County

A massive fire broke out at the Stone Trucking Company in Florence County last night. The front of the building along West Black Creek Road suffered the brunt of the fire damage, but the entire building has extensive smoke and water damage throughout. Windy Hill Fire Department initially responded, but called in additional help from the Florence and West Florence Fire Departments. The blaze has since been contained and now an investigation into the cause is underway. More information is expected later today.
