Another SC Man Charged in Connection to Capitol Riot

Another South Carolina man has been arrested in connection to the January 6th Capitol riot. William Norwood III faces charges that includes theft of government property, obstruction of Congress and disorderly conduct on Capitol grounds. According to an FBI affidavit, Norwood sent texts to a family member detailing his plan to dress “like ANTIFA.” In these messages, he also admitted to assaulting at least four officers and stealing their gear. Norwood currently denies all claims.
