Coastal Carolina University Mural to Be Added to Downtown Conway

Coastal Carolina University is leaving a mark on downtown Conway. After Conway Downtown Alive expressed interest in collaborating with the University on a Chanticleer-themed mural, the artwork is coming to life. The mural project, that will feature logos and mottos, is under the supervision of the Assistant Professor of Visual Arts at CCU. She and 11 student interns are working Fridays and Saturdays on location as a part of the Teal Alley Mural internship during the spring semester. Teal Alley, which is located across from Conway’s Garden Walk on Third Ave., will consist of the University’s colors, bronze and teal.
