One person is dead and another injured after a shooting broke out at a Wisconsin mall. Multiple law enforcement agencies responded to calls for shots fired at the Fox River Mall in Grand Chute around 3:30 yesterday afternoon. Upon arrival, the deceased victim, 19-year-old Jovanni Frausto, and the second person who suffered minor injuries were found. The suspect got away before police arrived but was later identified as 17-year-old Dezman Ellis. Police have no known motive and as of now Ellis is still at large. Officers completed their secondary search of the mall and escorted patrons out of the building who had been sheltering in place during the incident. This reportedly went on for several hours. Police are now conducting witness interviews and asking anyone with information to contact them. This was the second shooting to occur at a Wisconsin mall since November. A 15-year-old boy was arrested and charged in connection to that incident which left 8 people hurt.
