Bond Denied for Second Suspect in Myrtle Beach Motel Shooting
A second person has been apprehended in connection to the shooting at a Myrtle Beach motel last week. The incident occurred at Motel 6 on Frontage Road East, off of Highway 501. 26-year-old Marcus Harrison was charged while 35-year-old Jason Jones of Staten Island was hospitalized for injuries sustained during the shooting. He was eventually released but has since also been charged with attempted murder, armed robbery and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. Myrtle Beach Police discovered he also had a warrant out for his arrest in connection to an unrelated crime. His bond was denied this morning.
