Pizza Hut to Test Drone Delivery

Pizza Hut is flying high with a new delivery technique. The hut has paired up with a tech company that will deploy drones to deliver pies! Unfortunately for now, this is only in the testing phase over in Israel. The weight limit will restrict the deliveries to about 2 pizzas and a bottle of soda. But, Pizza Hut is hoping to increase the limit by the time official drone deliveries begin in June. The pizzas wont go directly to customers’ homes though. Instead, they will meet up with delivery drivers at government-approved landing zones like specific spaces in a parking lot. then, the drivers will still carry the pizza for the final leg of the trip.
