A man living up to his namesake tried to outwit the cops after being pulled over for driving 2 times the speed limit. ‘Jessie James’ of Indiana not Minnesota, the home state of the notorious outlaw, smelled of alcohol and had slurred speech but when they gave him a breathalyzer test he denied being drunk even after blowing 5 times the legal limit.
