Graham, McMaster Working to Increase Vaccination Efforts Statewide

Sen. Lindsey Graham and Gov. McMaster have promised more coronavirus vaccines are on the way. On the heels of the creation of the new committee to oversee distribution of vaccines, Graham and McMaster also met to discuss the matter. Graham referred to it as a “good briefing” that included input from the South Carolina Hospital Association and DHEC. Their top goal currently remains to be vaccinating those in long-term care facilities, those most at risk, and people age 70 or older. But they hope their continued efforts will help ramp up vaccine administration statewide.
