If you’re trying to lose weight, you may want to skip the diet soda. Even though it has no sugar, carbs or calories, it has been linked to heightened sugar cravings, weight gain, higher BMI’s, metabolic syndrome, cardiovascular disease, and increased risk for developing type 2 diabetes.
