Marion County Deputy Killed in Crash Last Night

A Marion County deputy killed in a crash last night has been identified. 29-year-old Deputy Johnathan Price was killed while in the line of duty. The crash, which also killed the driver of the other vehicle, occurred along Maiden Down Road and Lauren Court around 11 p.m. Deputy Price served with the Marion County Sheriff’s Office and the City of Dillon Police Department. He leaves behind a wife and three young children.
