NY Man Suing King’s Hawaiian Bakery Over Sweet Rolls

Chances are you ate some of these rolls during the holidays, but a man is fed up by a popular bread company. The New York native is suing King’s Hawaiian because their ‘Hawaiian Sweet Rolls’ aren’t made in Hawaii … they’re made in California. The lawsuit accuses the company of fooling buyers by suggesting the rolls come from the aloha state because the front of the package mentions Hilo Hawaii which is where they were first made in the ’50s. The suit seeks to have the company change the label as well as other unspecified damages.
