Man Arrested in Connection to Ocean Blvd Shooting

A man was taken into custody following a shooting that took place Monday on Ocean Boulevard. 29-year-old Danta Clardy is being held at the J. Reuben Long Detention Center without bond. He was arrested on Monday for assault and attempted murder, manufacturing and distributing of a cocaine base, and possession of a weapon during a violent crime. During the shooting, one person received non-life threatening injuries.
