One Person Rescued After Car Becomes Submerged in Horry County

Horry County Fire Rescue saved a life after a car became submerged underwater last night. They were dispatched to the scene along 9400 Shore Drive at 9:45 p.m. One person trapped inside the vehicle was rescued with the use of a ladder truck. They were hospitalized with injuries but their current condition remains unknown. South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
