Walmart to Restrict Number of Customers Allowed Inside Again Due to Pandemic

Walmart is once again restricting the number of customers in stores as the coronavirus continues to surge around the country. South Carolina is among the states seeing drastic increases. For the fourth straight day, more than 1,000 new daily cases were reported yesterday. The total count now comes to over 184,000 with almost 3,900 deaths. Walmarts, including those locally, will begin counting the number of people in stores, allowing no more than five customers per 1,000-square feet at a time. This is the second time the retail giant has had to take such extreme measures during the pandemic.
