Violence Breaks Out at ‘Million MAGA March’ After Clash with Counter-Protesters

Violence broke out this weekend after President Trump supporters gathered in Washington, D.C. for the ‘Million MAGA March.’ A crowd of thousands marched from Freedom Plaza to the Supreme Court. They protested in support of the president’s unproven claims of voter fraud and demanded full by-hand recounts in every state. President Trump even made a brief appearance as he drove by the event in his motorcade on his way to a second location. But what began as a peaceful event, quickly turned as the marchers clashed with counter-protesters. It’s reported the president’s supporters were harassed, doused with water or hit by eggs, and had their MAGA merch stolen and burned. The two groups also entered into brawls and fist fights, one of which escalated into a stabbing. The victim is currently listed in critical condition. Two officers were also injured as a result. Numerous firearms were recovered and 21 arrests conducted. Those charged face various counts of assault and weapons possession.
