Two High School Volleyball Teams Undergo Quarantine After Exposure to Covid-19

Volleyball season for St. James and Loris High Schools have abruptly ended after a player tested positive for Covid-19. All players from the two Horry County schools are now under quarantine as per CDC guidelines. The two teams played each other in a non-region match on October 15th. It was the following day that a player from St. James High School tested positive. This recent news has led some parents to question the handling of Covid-19 procedures. It appears there’s been a lot of confusion and conflicting information given to them in regards to the quarantine.
