Final Presidential Debate Scheduled for Tonight in Nashville
Staying on the topic of the election which is twelve days away, the second and final presidential debate will air tonight! President Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden will face off at Belmont University in Nashville starting at 9 p.m. NBC News White House Correspondent Kristen Welker is expected to moderate the hour and a half long event. Following the first disastrous debate, microphones will now be muted during portions of the evening to allow each candidate to speak uninterrupted for two minutes before allowing for an open discussion, as per rules they’ve already agreed to.
The topics of the evening are: fighting Covid-19, American families, race in America, climate change, national security, and leadership. However, it was reported earlier this week that President Trump was hoping to discuss more foreign matters. Both him and Biden have been shrouded in recent controversy and those matters will more than likely come up, as well. If you want to escape politics, you can watch Thursday Night Football on FXB Fox TV or we’ll be streaming the debate on our Facebook page.
