Top Pentagon Officials Forced into Quarantine After Exposure to Covid-19

In an alarming escalation, more of our nation’s top leaders are testing positive for Covid-19 or have been exposed. After Coast Guard Admiral Charles Ray tested positive earlier this week, several other Pentagon officials have been forced to undergo quarantine. This includes Joint Chiefs of Staff Chairman Mark Milley and other senior members. The Pentagon assured they’ve implemented precautions to allow for business to continue as usual and that they’ve begun conducting contact tracing. But this does little to dissuade concerns that we could have a major national security breach on our hands. Another White House aide has also tested positive for Covid-19. Policy Adviser Stephen Miller had been self-isolating for the last five days and, up until yesterday, had been testing negative for the virus. Miller has now become the 14th confirmed case among top White House associates and government officials. He was actively involved with debate prep and traveled with President Trump and Hope Hicks on Air Force One last week. At least four press aides have also contracted the virus.
