First Vice Presidential Debate Kicks Off Tonight at 9 PM

The highly anticipated vice presidential debate is tonight and here’s what you need to know: Vice President Mike Pence and Senator Kamala Harris will finally face off on a stage in Salt Lake City, Utah with USA Today’s Susan Page moderating. Although Pence has tested negative for coronavirus daily for almost a week now, extra safety precautions will be taken in the wake of the Covid outbreak currently wreaking havoc among some of the country’s top leaders. Said precautions include physically separating the two candidates by 12 feet apart and installing plexiglass barriers. Due to the high profile nature of this year’s election, tonight’s VP debate is expected to draw in millions of viewers, including some from abroad. You can expect a more civil event with topics ranging from the coronavirus, to the economy, to previous records and more. Coverage will be available across all Fox News media platforms, including our own channel, WFXB, starting at 9 p.m.
