Accused Kenosha Shooter’s Lawyer to Sue Biden/Harris Campaign

The accused Kenosha shooter’s lawyers reportedly intend to sue former Vice President Joe Biden. 17-year-old Kyle Rittenhouse faces charges of first-degree intentional homicide, reckless homicide, and more after fatally shooting two people and injuring a third on the night of August 25th. He crossed state lines to attend the counter-protests in Wisconsin that broke out following the officer-involved shooting of 29-year-old Jacob Blake. Rittenhouse’s lawyers claim he was acting in self defense after getting into a physical altercation with the victims. Rittenhouse’s lawyer Lin Wood now intends to sue for libel on his client’s behalf after the Biden/Harris campaign posted a video on their social media following the debate this week. In it, Biden condemns violent white supremacy and includes images of Rittenhouse from the night of the shooting. Lawyers claim the presidential nominee falsely accused Rittenhouse of being a white supremacist.
