“Ring” Now Has a Security Camera Drone

Amazon wants to elevate your home security system by taking it airborne! Ring, which is the security business amazon owns, just released details about its home drone. The new “always home cam” has a high definition camera and can fly inside your house while streaming video to your smartphone. It will fly when motion is detected or if your Ring alarm system is triggered. Users can also set up paths for the small drone. Privacy advocates say this is a recipe for disaster. But, Ring’s president says the camera is blocked when in the docking station and can’t be controlled manually. It will cost 250 dollars.
