Barefoot Bistro: Baked Spaghetti
Baked Spaghetti
1 (16 oz) pkg Spaghetti
1 lb Ground Beef
1 Onion, chopped
32 oz meatless Spaghetti Sauce
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
2 Eggs
1/3 cup Parmesan Cheese
5 Tbsp melted Butter
2 cups Cottage Cheese
4 cups shredded Mozzarella
Preheat oven 350 degrees. Grease 9 X 13 Pyrex dish
Cook Spaghetti in lightly salted water 12 minutes. Drain.
Cook beef and onion. Drain and add to Sauce. A stir in Seasoned Salt.
In a separate bowl whisk Eggs, Parmesan Cheese and Butter. Add Noodles and toss to coat. Place 1/2 of Spaghetti in baking dish. Top with 1/2 of the Cottage Cheese, Mozzarella and Sauce. Repeat another layer. Cover with foil.
Bake 40 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 minutes more.
