Two More Men Arrested in Relation to 2015 North Carolina Homicide
Two more arrests have been made in connection to a 2015 Robeson County homicide. 43-year-old Ismul Hines from Charlotte, and 26-year-old Kenneth McCoy of Laurinburg are now facing murder, among other charges, in the death of 51-year-old Rodney Murphy. Murphy died from a gunshot wound during a home invasion in St. Pauls where two other men were shot and a woman was beaten. In 2016, Quatrell Nicholson and Carson Brown were also arrested and charged for murder in relation to the case. Hines and McCoy are being held at the Robeson County Detention Center without bond.
