Local School Districts Make New Announcements in Regards to In-Person Learning

We have several new updates in regards to local counties decisions over in-person instruction. The Darlington County School Board recently approved for face-to-face learning to resume starting September 21st! Kids in grades K-5 will return for five days a week. Meanwhile, middle and high schoolers will participate in hybrid learning with students being split into two groups who alternate days. Horry County Schools will continue with hybrid learning, but revealed last night that parents will be able to commit to in-person learning again. The option will only be available for a limited time. Parents can apply starting tomorrow through this Sunday.
