A research study by Onepoll (on behalf of OXIGEN) surveyed 2,000 people and found that those who exercise everyday are happier than those who don’t. The study also found that those who exercise are also more likely to call themselves ‘ambitious.’ The average workout for respondents lasted 45 minutes and most took place at the gym in the morning. In fact, 64% prefer to exercise early to prepare for the day and 63% say they feel more energized at work after a morning workout.
