Presidential Nominees Expected to Visit Several States During Campaign Trail This Week

With the election now less than two months away, the presidential nominees are hitting the campaign trail running. Both President Trump and Joe Biden intend to mobilize voters this week by visiting several battleground states. The president intends to make appearances in Florida , North and South Carolina with both candidates expected to visit Michigan. However, the most impactful moment this week may come this Friday as both intend to honor the anniversary of the 9/11 attacks in Pennsylvania during separate ceremonies. The heaviest topics that may shift the balance in either direction remain to be the economy, the recent controversy regarding the military, and a Covid-19 vaccine. President Trump is still hinting one may be approved by November, however experts maintain it’ll be impossible to deliver a safe vaccine by then. Presently, Biden holds an average 8-point lead over President Trump in national polls. It’s reportedly been the steadiest lead on record.
