Let’s ‘Taco’ ‘Bout Barefoot Bistro
Bistro Shrimp Tacos
Needed: Naan Bread, Shrimp, Toss Power Blend (a mixture of brussel sprouts, cabbage, broccoli, carrots and kale)
Taco Glaze Recipe
1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp Sugar
1/4 cup Water
2 Tbsp Sherry
3 minced Garlic Cloves
1 plus 1/2 Tbsp cool water
Directions
Lightly heat Naan bread, grill or blacken 2 shrimp per taco, top with Toss Power Blend and glaze. For the glaze, all ingredients need to be stirred in a saucepan until it thickens.
